Easy 12″ Square Design Free Crochet Pattern

This crochet design was created with the old bamboo blinds I grew up with in mind. It can be used with many different colors and is flexible on how large or small it can be done.

In this particular way I created it for a joint effort with other designers to make this beautiful hodge podge afghan that is certain to brighten any space. It was a fun project and I love the way it turned out with the myriad of other styles of blocks.

You can check out the other block patterns as well as the story behind the project here Kristen Holloway Designs.

This is the first of two patterns I made for this project. I hope you enjoy it!
